DEWA’s Warsan Complex Achieves Historic Platinum LEED Certification
Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has set a new benchmark in sustainable living with its accommodation complex in Warsan, which has been awarded the prestigious Platinum Rating in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) by the US Green Building Council (USGBC). This accolade makes it the first multifamily project globally to achieve this highest level of certification.
